EMBL (European Molecular Biology Laboratory) Has five centers located throughout Europe. Provides technology development and transfer, training and services to researchers.

EBI (European Bioinformatics Institute) A Bioinformatics institute that collaborates with the EMBL. The EBI provides a platform for big data query in biology.

NDB (Nucleic Acid Database) A portal for three-dimensional structural information about nucleic acids. The NDB is used to perform searches based on annotations relating to sequence, structure and function.
